How orders ship
We process most spice box and pantry orders within 2 to 4 business days. Subscription renewals ship according to your billing cycle, and tracking details are sent as soon as your order is on the way.

Returns
Returns and replacements
Because many of our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns on opened boxes or perishable goods. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
For eligible non-food merchandise, return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approved items are received and inspected.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the locations available at checkout. Shipping availability and rates are shown before you place your order.
Can I update my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page and we will do our best to help.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review a replacement or refund.
Can I return a subscription box?
Opened food products and delivered subscription boxes are typically non-returnable, but we will always review issues involving damage or fulfillment errors.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. If expedited service is offered for your order, you will be able to select it there.
